My professional background is in psychoanalysis. After ten years of working in private practice in the Bay Area, I came to the realization that some of the most engaging parts of the process already resembled executive coaching. Since working with managers, founders, executives in psychotherapy, naturally the next progression was to further the work and make it more accessible to you. My work as a therapist has provided a deeper understanding of the inner workings of the psyche, the ways we hold ourselves back, and how we grow to overcome life’s biggest hurdles. Working with bright and creative individuals who have the desire to engage in a meaningful process of self inquiry and exploration for the improvement of their professional and personal lives continues to be a true honor.
